Job Summary:
We are hiring a Banca Assurance Manager to drive insurance sales through bank partnerships. The role involves managing relationships with bank staff, achieving sales targets, and supporting the distribution of insurance products through the banking channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners.
- Drive insurance sales through the bank branch network.
- Support bank staff in identifying and converting potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Provide product training and sales support to bank employees.
- Monitor performance and ensure consistent business growth.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in BFSI sales.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
