- Support bank staff in client meetings and closing sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards
