Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Manager.
Location : Madhya Pradesh/ Chhattisgarh/ Gujarat
The Bancassurance Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a productive relationship with banking partners to drive insurance sales. Core responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting market analysis, and generating business growth. Additionally, the role involves coaching and leading a team, fostering collaboration between the bank staff and insurance team, and overseeing the execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Insurance to understand and promote financial products effectively
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management to supervise and motivate team members
- Customer Service skills with a focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Proven track record in Sales with the ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with banking partners and clients
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Specialization in finance or insurance is an advantage
- Previous experience in Bancassurance, financial services, or insurance sales is highly desirable
