Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bancassurance Manager based in Gurugram, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Bancassurance Manager will primarily collaborate with banking partners to drive insurance product sales and achieve business targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with bank branches, providing training and support to banking staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet client needs. Additionally, the role will involve monitoring sales performance, developing product strategies, and identifying opportunities to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance, including an understanding of financial products and services.
- Proven expertise in Team Management and ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams effectively.
- Skills in Customer Service and building long-lasting client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated track record in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and effectively manage responsibilities both remotely and on-site.
- Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with bancassurance models is a strong advantage.
