Role Description
The Bancassurance Financial Life Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Sehore. The Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to drive life insurance sales. Key tasks include assisting bank customers with tailored insurance products, educating them on financial planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales targets, providing after-sales services, and collaborating with the bank staff for lead generation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management: Strong abilities in sales, client relationship building, lead generation, and direct customer interaction.
- Financial and Product Knowledge: Understanding of life insurance products, financial planning, and the ability to recommend suitable insurance solutions to customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer-centric service.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency in time management, target achievement, and maintaining accurate documentation and sales reports.
- Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or a related area) and prior experience in sales or financial services is a plus.
