Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bancassurance Executive Front Line Officer located in Chennai. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with bank partners, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting health insurance products to bank customers. The officer will actively support and train partner bank teams, drive sales performance, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey. Regular reporting of sales performance and market insights will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, ability to meet targets, and identify business opportunities
- Strong relationship management and collaboration with bank partners and teams
- Knowledge of health insurance products and basic understanding of the insurance market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction
- Bachelor’s degree in any domain, with previous sales or insurance experience being advantageous
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
