Role Description
The Bancassurance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with bank partners, promoting life insurance products to bank customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying customer needs, offering personalized insurance solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The executive will also conduct regular training sessions for bank staff, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in promoting financial products and meeting sales targets
- Relationship Management skills to build and maintain partnerships with bank staff and customers
- Strong Customer Service abilities to identify needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions
- Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients and conduct training sessions
- Knowledge of Insurance Products and the Bancassurance model is preferred
- Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry is an advantage
