Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Executive based in Dehradun. The primary responsibilities include building and nurturing strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads through the bank's channel, and achieving sales targets by promoting insurance products. The Bancassurance Executive will coordinate with banks to ensure excellent customer service, provide product knowledge, and address customer queries effectively. Additional duties may include conducting training for bank personnel and maintaining daily sales reports to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with bank staff and customers.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial services; prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
- Proven ability to generate leads, address customer needs, and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools to maintain and track sales reports.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
