Head of Human Resources

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
• Manage employee relations and administering employee benefits programs
• Manage the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employment practices.

Must Have Requirements:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience  as an HR leader, preferably in the manufacturing/packaging sector.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
