About the role

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in Vendor Master Control – Check & Update vendor master like PAN , Address ,email, bank details to have accurate master data and to avoid duplication
  • Assist in Vendor Ledger reconciliation
  • Assist in GL voucher control with supporting documents
  • Analysis on SOF status and closure of the same
  • Assist in Statutory compliances – Coordination and Follow up with the vendors through email and obtain confirmation on 206AB and balance confirmation.
  • Fixed Asset Control - Assistance in Physical verification of assets
  • Assist in Banking and treasury - Reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Assistance in Accounts Payable for analysing the data/ response preparation during internal and external audits.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with the organization financial policies, donor requirements, and government regulations.
  • Assist with other finance-related administrative tasks as needed including filing
