Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bakery Manager located in Vadodara. The Bakery Manager will oversee daily operations of the bakery department, manage inventory, ensure adherence to food safety standards, and lead a team to produce high-quality bakery products. The role involves coordinating production schedules, maintaining product quality, addressing customer inquiries, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in Bakery and Baking practices
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure excellent consumer experiences
- Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and adherence to compliance standards
- Skills in Inventory Control, stock management, and reducing wastage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working within the food industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
