Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bakery Chef (Commi 1) based in Thrissur. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cookies. Day-to-day duties include assisting in food preparation, ensuring timely production, maintaining hygiene standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative bakery items. Adherence to kitchen safety standards and quality control will be key priorities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
- Expertise in preparing a variety of Cookies and Bread
- Strong skills in Food Preparation related to baked goods
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Certification or training in culinary arts or baking is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or a bakery is advantageous
- Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for baking
