Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bakery Chef role based in Rajasthan, India. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and desserts while ensuring freshness and quality. Additional duties include recipe development, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team to create seasonal offerings that align with our café’s standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in baking, mixing, and decorating pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods
- Knowledge of ingredient quality assessment, food preparation techniques, and recipe development
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
- Ability to manage inventory and supplies effectively
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
- A degree or certification in culinary arts or an equivalent relevant field is a plus
- Prior experience in a bakery or café setting is highly preferred
- Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
