Job Description:

 

General Position Summary:
An experienced sourcing professional responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality talent across the US. Builds strategic pipelines, drives proactive sourcing, and provides actionable market insights. Partners with recruiters and hiring leaders to align sourcing efforts with business priorities and ensures exceptional candidate experience through data-driven sourcing strategies. Responsibilities:

Execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-priority and niche roles

Build and maintain diverse, role-specific talent pipelines

Partner with US recruiters and hiring leaders to refine sourcing strategies

Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, Boolean, referrals)

Conduct talent research and competitor analysis for market insights

Manage outreach campaigns and candidate engagement communications

Track and share labor market trends and emerging skill availability

Ensure smooth candidate handoffs to recruiters and hiring teams

Contribute to sourcing best practices, templates, and enablement tools

Support employer branding and diversity initiativesQualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field•3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, ideally in consulting or accounting•Proven success engaging passive candidates•Strong research and talent mapping skills•Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, social platforms)•Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building•Experience providing market insights to recruiters/hiring leaders•Familiarity with professional services markets and talent trends
