As a Baker at Louie, you’ll be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of products, ensuring consistency and quality with every batch. You’ll work closely with the small team to maintain a clean, organized kitchen and create quality baked goods every day.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with commercial bakery equipment and tools.
- Experience with sourdough bread and viennoiserie production is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining kitchen standards and cleanliness.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for learning and developing new skills.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain an organized kitchen space.
- Strong communication skills.
