This role reports directly to the Head of Retail with close partnership with the Associate Director of Retail Operations and the Retail Training & Development Manager
Hourly Wage: $22.00 per hour
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kiosk , ensuring the store is fully staffed, operationally prepared, and set up for success – regardless of whether they are physically present in the store. This store manager will manage anywhere from 6-9 retail employees.
This full time position requires strong ownership, flexibility, and accountability. Store Managers must be able to seamlessly shift between leading as a manager and executing as a hands-on associate when needed, while consistently representing the brand at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Store Ownership & Accountability
Take full ownership of store performance by delivering against sales plans and KPIs (AOV, conversion, traffic), while ensuring consistent execution of operations, team standards, and customer experience. Proactively monitor business trends and lead the team to take action that drives results.
Own full accountability for assigned store being open, staffed, and operationally ready at all times – regardless of personal schedule or physical presence
Act as the primary point of contact for all call-outs and coverage gaps, ensuring no disruption to store operations
Partner with other regional Store Managers and leadership to resolve staffing needs quickly and effectively or step in to ensure coverage
Take full ownership of store performance, team execution, and day-to-day operations
Store Operations & Execution
Ensure store consistently meet company standards for opening, closing, cleanliness, and overall readiness
Step into the business as needed – at times operating as the sole team member in store, delivering a best-in-class customer experience
Confidently shift between leadership and execution, acting as a stellar brand representative on the floor
Regularly checking in with your store to ensure everything is running smoothly and goals are being met
Scheduling, Payroll & Staffing
Create and manage weekly store schedule aligned with business needs and payroll budgets
Monitor labor spend and make adjustments to ensure alignment with financial targets
Proactively plan for coverage, ensuring no gaps in the schedule
Support hiring efforts and maintain a strong bench of trained team members
Carefully review and approve weekly timecards in our payroll system
Inventory & Store Supplies
Own ordering of store supplies within or under budget and ensure locations are fully stocked to support daily operations
Maintain organization and proper inventory levels to avoid operational disruptions
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates in partnership with the Retail Talent & Development Manager to meet performance expectations
Partner with the Retail Talent & Development Manager to execute training programs and elevate overall team capability
Reinforce training standards and ensure consistent execution across all locations by leveraging guidance, tools, and support from the Retail Talent & Development Manager and corporate team
Build and maintain a strong, accountable, and high-performing team culture with ongoing support from the retail management team and cross-functional corporate partners
Customer Experience
Ensure teams consistently deliver a best-in-class, on-brand customer experience
Lead by example through energy, product knowledge, and service standards
Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Sales & Business Performance
Drive store performance by focusing on key metrics including sales, AOV, and conversion
Identify opportunities to improve results and implement actionable plans
Ensure teams are actively engaging customers and maximizing every interaction
Ability to speak to any customer or business trends that may be impacting business
Business Communication & Meetings
Participate in weekly retail meetings, confidently speaking to store performance
Provide insights on:
Traffic trends and changes
Barriers impacting sales performance
Team performance and staffing challenges
Communicate proactively and transparently, bringing solutions – not just problems
Qualifications
2-4+ years of retail management experience (multi-unit experience preferred but not required)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to problem-solve quickly and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work anywhere between 35-39 hours per week
Flexible schedule, including possible nights, weekends, and holidays
This role is in person and any administrative duties must be completed on premises

Store Manager will be incentivized based on store performance
