This setup is designed to: ➢ Integrate Product Design, Engineering, and Front-End Functions for seamless concept-to-market transitions and sharper product strategies. ➢ Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration, bringing together R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and vendor partners to ensure efficiency and agility. ➢ Enhance Systems and Processes, promoting transparency, accountability, and measurable performance through PQCDSM-driven metrics. ➢ Optimize Resources and Improve Throughput, enabling Bajaj Auto to deliver innovative products that meet global standards and customer expectations. As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in the NPD organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Bajaj Auto products. Your responsibilities will include: ➢ Supporting end-to-end product development, from design conceptualization to product launch. ➢ Working with cross-functional teams to streamline coordination between R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. ➢ Assisting in process optimization and system integration to enhance efficiency and reduce development cycle time. ➢ Monitoring and analyzing PQCDSM metrics to identify improvement opportunities and track performance outcomes. ➢ Engaging in innovation initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions that drive continuous improvement. ➢ Collaborating closely with mentors and senior leaders, gaining exposure to strategic projects and decision-making frameworks.
