Key Responsibilities ➢ As a Graduate Trainee Engineer in the NPD organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Bajaj Auto products. Your responsibilities will include: ➢ Supporting end-to-end product development, from design conceptualization to product launch. ➢ Working with cross-functional teams to streamline coordination between R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions. ➢ Assisting in process optimization and system integration to enhance efficiency and reduce development cycle time. ➢ Monitoring and analyzing PQCDSM metrics to identify improvement opportunities and track performance outcomes. ➢ Engaging in innovation initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions that drive continuous improvement. ➢ Collaborating closely with mentors and senior leaders, gaining exposure to strategic projects and decision-making frameworks.
