Senior Javascript Developer |LATAM| - Remote Work:
BairesDev is looking for a Senior Javascript Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex client-side applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, React, and other modern frameworks
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional and efficient code
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize code for better user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in web development using JavaScript, React, and related technologies
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
- Understanding of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript or other statically typed languages
- Knowledge of Node.js and server-side development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere in LATAM.
