Tech Experienced Consultant

As a Technology Experienced Consultant, you'll be a fully integrated member of Bain's consulting team — applying your problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills across a wide range of industries and client challenges. You will: Drive technology-driven value creation: Identify how digital, data, and tech innovation (e.g., AI, cloud, automation) can enable new business models, generate cost savings, enhance customer experience, or open new revenue streams as part of broader transformation efforts. Guide strategic technology decisions: Support clients in making pivotal choices around platform selection, build-vs-buy decisions, and legacy modernization, ensuring technology investments align with business ambition and strategic priorities. Shape technology roadmaps and prioritization: Design future-state architectures and pragmatic, phased roadmaps that connect technology investment to measurable business outcomes. Lead innovation scouting and emerging tech assessments: Evaluate disruptive technology trends (e.g., Generative AI, low-code platforms, edge computing) and assess their relevance, maturity, and applicability to client industries and objectives. Support technology diligence and scaling: For private equity and corporate clients, assess technology platforms, operating models, and scalability potential to inform investment and value creation planning. Collaborate and build capability: Partner with senior Bain leaders and client executives to translate strategy into execution, while contributing to the growth of Bain's various Technology practices through IP development and global knowledge sharing.
