As the Assistant Event Coordinator your tasks include:
- Researching venues and vendors that meet the needs of clients’ events
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and venues for client’s best interest while maintaining quality for the event
- Researching and procuring swag and promotional materials
- Developing and executing event marketing
- Designing event graphics
- Managing logistics of and relationships with speakers, vendors, and sponsors
- Reviewing banquet event orders
- Designing, planning, and executing social media campaigns for clients and company
- Occasionally taking meeting notes, when standing in for Principal during client meetings

Choose your hours! Flexible hours during the following timeframe, max -15 hours/week:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (9-4)
