This role reports to Digital Banking, Retail Banking Division.
Our ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in the financial or technology industry.
- Strong proficiency in standard IT applications and databases, including web-based management information systems and web authoring.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Good knowledge and understanding of retail banking products and services, with the ability to support business initiatives within the Retail Banking division.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to convey complex or emerging IT concepts to key stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise, coordinate and meet deadlines with varying levels of resources./
- Adaptable, flexible and learn new skills quickly.
- Comfortable and interested in learning new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the relevant Retail product and process owners towards continuous process improvement and the smooth implementation of new processes and systems development.
- Support Digital Banking in meeting strategic objectives through the creation, delivery and management of projects relating to enhancing the digital customer experience/journey from onboarding to standard banking services.
- Provide necessary training and guidance material to promote familiarization and encourage adoption of Microsoft Office 365 tools, with a specific focus on Power Automate.
- Review business processes using Microsoft Office 365 tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and enhanced business outcomes.
- Work with relevant process owners to review current service processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
