Project Manager

I'm looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to help bring my e-commerce vision to life for BAE Furnishings, a brand offering affordable, smart, and luxury automated window blinds. Our goal is to have a fully operational website by January 8th, 2025, with work beginning in November 2024. Project Overview: We need a designer who can take our rough ideas and provide structure, design a modern, interactive, and user-friendly website. The site should blend the sleek, interactive nature of websites like Apple with the functionality of sites like blinds.com, Select Blinds, and The Shade Store. Key Features: • Interactive Product Visualization Tool: Users should be able to upload pictures of their rooms and visualize how different blinds will look in their space. • Customization Options: Offer users the ability to customize blinds (size, fabric, motorization, etc.) with price adjustments in real-time. • Modern Visual Elements: Incorporate videos or animations on each page to showcase the smart automation features, installation process, and product highlights. • Order Tracking Integration: Customers should be able to track orders and receive automated shipment updates. • Daily Order Management: I need a feature that allows me to collect and manage orders daily, so I can easily send them to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for production. Design Requirements: • Clean, modern design with a luxury feel. • Mobile-friendly and optimized for fast load times. • Intuitive user experience for easy navigation and product selection. Deliverables: • Full design mockups (desktop and mobile). • Visual suggestions for photos, videos, and content placement. • A clear structure and flow for product customization and checkout. Ideal Candidate: • Strong portfolio in e-commerce UX/UI design. • Experience with designing interactive tools (visualization, customization). • Ability to create visually compelling designs that emphasize product quality and user experience. • Familiarity with luxury or smart home products is a plus.
