We’re looking for a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Representative to aggressively grow market share across on‑ and off‑premise accounts. This role is all about selling, executing, and outperforming - building strong customer partnerships while relentlessly driving distribution, placements, displays, and volume.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Consistently hit and exceed sales goals by growing volume, distribution, and placements across assigned accounts
- Actively sell and promote a diverse portfolio of wine, spirits, and non‑alcoholic beverages
- Identify whitespace opportunities and aggressively expand market share
- Drive new product placements, features, menus, displays, and promotions
- Open new accounts and quickly ramp them to full performance
- Build and execute smart, strategic territory plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes
- Pre‑plan sales calls and customer objectives to maximize every interaction
- Maintain accurate route lists, buyer profiles, and call schedules
- Leverage sales data, pricing, and margins to make profitable decisions
- Secure and grow pour (rail) placements and back bar visibility
- Sell in drink features, brand menus, and promotional events
- Design and refresh cocktail menus to highlight company brands
- Conduct staff trainings and tastings that translate directly to increased sales
- Utilize POS materials - including bar kits and signage - to dominate the bar
- Deliver compelling retail presentations that drive distribution and shelf placement
- Execute high‑impact displays, cold box placements, and merchandising programs
- Protect and grow shelf space while ensuring competitive pricing
- Drive consistent, best‑in‑class execution at retail to win the shelf
- Submit accurate orders and forecasts on time
- Manage pricing, margins, and profitability at the account level
- Maintain inventory accuracy and recommend optimal stock levels
- Manage accounts receivable and collections in partnership with Credit
- Complete reports, surveys, and administrative requirements accurately and on time
- Operate in full compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Beverage alcohol industry or distribution experience strongly preferred
- Industry certifications (CSS, CSW) a plus
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events
