Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Background Verification Executive based in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting background checks, verifying educational and employment information, and producing comprehensive and accurate reports. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, communicating effectively with clients and candidates, and ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards. Strong collaborative skills will be essential to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Abilities for handling inquiries and reporting
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection standards
• Proficiency in using screening software, databases, and standard office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
