A leading provider in Background Verification and Pre-Employment Screening services for staffing and enterprise clients across India and global markets. We deliver compliance-driven identity, employment, education, criminal and address checks to enable trusted hiring decisions. This is an on-site Senior Report Checker role focused on accuracy, compliance and audit-ready reporting for high-volume verification workflows.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and validate end-to-end verification reports for accuracy, completeness and SLA adherence before client delivery.
- Verify raw evidence (documents, call notes, database search screenshots) and ensure consistent documentation and redaction standards.
- Identify discrepancies or ambiguous findings, drive clarifications with investigators, and escalate complex exceptions to the team lead.
- Perform quality audits and generate trend reports to identify recurring errors; implement corrective actions to reduce rework and client escalations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and client-specific rules (e.g., evidence retention, consent, redaction) and preserve a clear audit trail.
- Coach and mentor junior checkers, contribute to SOPs and help improve case management workflows and throughput metrics.
