Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Background Verification Executive based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include conducting background verification checks for new employees, coordinating with vendors and agencies for background verification tasks, preparing reports, validating information, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. The role also involves handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in background verification, report preparation, and compliance handling
- Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with vendors and agencies
- Attention to detail, data validation, and accuracy in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in HR, compliance, or a related domain is an advantage
