We are looking for an experienced Backend Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring, and AWS, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows such as Cursor or Claude Code.
The ideal candidate should have experience working on complex software systems and be capable of quickly onboarding, understanding existing codebases, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in software design discussions and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot code and identify root causes of software issues.
- Support, maintain, and document existing software functionality.
- Prototype, refine, test, and debug solutions based on end-user requirements.
- Evaluate and adopt appropriate new technologies.
- Work independently and deliver results with minimal guidance.
- Act as a technical expert across development projects.
Required Skills:
- Java – Mandatory
- Spring / Spring Framework – Mandatory
- AWS – Mandatory
- Cursor / Claude Code – Mandatory
- Experience with AI-based development workflows – Mandatory
- Strong backend development experience
