Position Overview:
The Backend Operations Executive plays a vital role in the seamless functioning of the backend operations within NRP Capitals, a mutual funds distributor.
Key Responsibilities:
The Backend Operations Executive will handle a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Managing client documentation, such as account openings on NSE and KYC verification for both individuals and businesses.
- Maintaining transaction records and overseeing the onboarding process, which entails document review and transaction processing.
- Efficiently processing all types of mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, transfers, and submissions in both online and physical forms.
- Leveraging strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Updating renewals for health and life insurance, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Tracking transactions and coordinating with internal teams, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to resolve any discrepancies and secure necessary approvals.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding and financial transactions while producing comprehensive audit trails.
