What you’ll do:
• Handle fund requests and ensure accurate processing
• Work on the company platform to manage daily operations
• Respond to customer queries via calls and emails
• Monitor transactions and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations
What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills (calls + emails)
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Basic understanding of finance/fintech is a plus
