Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Backend Lead with a strong background in SaaS platform development. The ideal candidate will lead backend architecture, drive scalable solutions, and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS backend systems
▪ Architect robust APIs, microservices, and database solutions
▪ Manage and mentor a team of backend developers
▪ Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams for seamless delivery
▪ Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
▪ Drive system design decisions, including cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies
▪ Handle performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting
▪ Ensure data security, compliance, and reliability of systems
▪ Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
▪ 10+ years of experience in backend development with SaaS platforms
▪ Strong proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or Go
▪ Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
▪ Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
▪ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
▪ Understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
▪ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
▪ Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
