Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Backend Intern role located in Bengaluru. As a Backend Intern, you will assist in designing, building, and maintaining scalable server-side architecture while ensuring smooth data exchange and application integration. Daily tasks include developing APIs, optimizing code performance, troubleshooting backend issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing security protocols, and maintaining technical documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to backend development in a dynamic and innovative tech environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Understanding of API development and RESTful services
- Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing backend code
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Previous exposure to cloud technologies and containers (e.g., AWS, Docker) is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
