Role Description
We are looking for a driven Backend Intern who is ready to take ownership. We value proactive self-starters who enjoy problem-solving and want to see their code make a direct impact in a real-world production environment.
Onsite Collaboration
This is a 100% onsite role. We believe the best engineering happens when the team is in the same room, whiteboarding ideas and solving roadblocks in real-time. You’ll be working directly with the founding team in an environment designed for fast learning and high execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable APIs using FastAPI.
- Architect data models and manage data flow using MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate on building robust backend logic that supports our AI-driven monitoring platform.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that is ready for production.
What We’re Looking For
- Python Proficiency: You know Python inside out and have a strong grasp of the FastAPI framework.
- Database Knowledge: Solid experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL systems.
- Git Flow: You are comfortable with version control and collaborating via GitHub.
- Problem Solver: You don't wait for a step-by-step guide; you research, iterate, and find the solution.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) or an interest in AI/IoT.
The Growth Path
