About the Role
We are building production-grade AI systems and autonomous agents that operate in real-world environments. We’re looking for a backend-heavy full stack developer with deep JavaScript expertise who can build scalable systems while contributing to frontend applications where required.
This role demands strong backend fundamentals with the ability to ship fast in a startup environment.
What You’ll Work On
- Architecting and building backend systems for AI-driven workflows
- Designing scalable APIs and async task pipelines
- Building reliable event-driven systems
- Integrating LLM APIs and vector databases
- Contributing to frontend features using React / Next.js
- Maintaining high code quality and engineering standards
Required Technical ExpertiseCore (Must Have)
- 2–4 years full-time experience
Deep expertise in:
- Typescript
- Node.js
- Express.js
- Nest.js
- TypeScript
- React.js
Backend & Data
- PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, optimization)
- Redis (caching, distributed locking)
- RabbitMQ (queues, async processing)
- Vector Databases (pgvector / Pinecone / Weaviate or similar)
Engineering Discipline (Mandatory)
- Strong Git knowledge: Rebase vs Merge, Worktrees, Stash
- GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
- ESLint
- Prettier
- Code reviews & debugging production issues
