Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Backend Executive (Marketplace) located in New Delhi. Responsibilities include managing and uploading product listings on various e-commerce platforms, maintaining and updating inventory, ensuring the accuracy of product data, and monitoring platform-specific performance metrics. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet marketplace requirements, responding to customer queries, and providing support for operational and administrative tasks related to marketplace activities. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Proficient in marketplace management, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing on various platforms
- Working knowledge of E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and meesho
- Strong communication skills and ability to respond to queries professionally
- Proven skills in data entry, accuracy, and maintaining detailed records
- Knowledge of digital marketing and basic familiarity with search engines
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
