Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Backend Executive (Marketplace). The role involves managing and maintaining marketplace operations, monitoring data and inventory, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless functioning of backend systems. Other responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, assisting in implementing process improvements, and providing support for smooth operations across online marketplaces.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace management and familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational processes
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Experience with digital marketing, dropshipping processes, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the digital or e-commerce domain is preferred but not mandatory.
