Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Backend Executive (Marketplace) located in New Delhi. The successful candidate will manage online marketplace accounts, update and upload product listings, track sales and inventory, resolve seller and buyer inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of marketplace platforms. The role also involves generating analytical reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for marketplace growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms such as amazon,meesho, flipkart and myntra and online marketplaces
- Experience in data entry, content management, and maintaining accurate product listings
- Strong analytical skills for generating performance reports and tracking sales trends
- Knowledge of customer service processes for resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing, particularly in the context of marketplaces, is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred
