Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Backend Executive located in Mandideep. The Backend Executive will manage administrative activities, ensure smooth documentation processes, coordinate with teams for operational efficiency, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include handling data entry, managing databases, supporting project workflows, and ensuring compliance with procedures and company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with data entry, record management, and database management
- Organizational and team coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Knowledge of general office administration and documentation processes
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of infrastructure or manufacturing industry practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred
