Role Description The Backend Executive will be responsible for managing and updating backend data, handling platform operations, and supporting daily workflows to ensure smooth functioning of Unstop’s digital platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India includes tasks such as processing and validating information, coordinating with internal teams to resolve data or operational issues, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns and listings. The Backend Executive will maintain accurate records, monitor dashboards, and assist with reporting and basic analysis to support business decisions. The role also involves responding to internal queries, following established processes and SLAs, and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality. Collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to confidentiality and data protection standards are essential in this position.
Qualifications
- Strong data management and operational skills, including accurate data entry, record keeping, and familiarity with spreadsheets or basic database tools.
- Comfort with technology platforms and dashboards, with the ability to learn new tools, follow standard operating procedures, and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to validate information, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and documenting processes clearly.
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (such as Commerce, Business, Computer Applications, or related fields) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in backend operations, data operations, or platform support in a tech, HR, or edtech environment is an advantage.
