Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you aren't just writing endpoints, you are a Systems Architect. You will bridge the gap between complex algorithmic logic and highly available cloud infrastructure. The Pillars of Impact
🚀 1. Core Logic & Backend Architecture (50%)
- Language-Agnostic Excellence: Write clean, highly logical code in your language of choice (Python, Golang, etc.). We care deeply about your first-principles problem-solving approach, not just syntax memorization.
- API & Database Mastery: Design, build, and optimize robust APIs and database architectures capable of handling massive data throughput to support our AI agents.
⚙️ 2. Cloud Scale & Microservices (30%)
- Cloud-First Resilience: Leverage your cloud application experience to build distributed, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Microservices Evolution: Architect and transition complex features using microservices architecture to support high-velocity, independent execution workflows.

- Round 1: Problem-Solving & Coding : A fast-paced, 45-minute deep dive into core logic, algorithmic thinking, and live coding. Show us your raw engineering horsepower.

- Round 4: Vision & Culture : Alignment with our startup DNA and assessing your readiness to scale from a high-impact IC to a future engineering leader.
Mandatory "Non-Negotiables"
- Problem-Solving DNA: Must possess exceptional logical reasoning. We hire for aptitude and architectural thinking over framework-specific familiarity.
- Backend Foundation: 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience building out robust APIs, database structures, and cloud-based applications.
- Language Agility: Deep proficiency in any major programming language (Python, Golang, etc.) with the willingness to adapt to the best tool for the job.
- Startup Hustle & Cultural Fit: Adaptability to thrive in a rapid-iteration startup environment. You take extreme ownership and don't wait for a ticket to optimize a slow query or fix a bottleneck.
- Microservices Knowledge: A strong understanding of (or active experience in) microservices architecture is a significant plus.
