About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Hyderabad. This full-time, hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge backend systems, develop scalable microservices, and contribute to innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Java backend development, with a strong understanding of modern frameworks and architectures. Immediate joiners within 15 days are preferred to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- 5 to 11 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java 8 features, including lambdas, streams, and functional interfaces.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework and related technologies.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying microservices architectures.
- Solid knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization techniques.
- Experience working with message brokers, particularly Apache Kafka.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services utilizing Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Create and optimize RESTful APIs to support various internal and external applications.
- Implement microservices architecture following best practices, design patterns, and industry standards.
- Develop and manage real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka for event streaming.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with comprehensive testing coverage.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of server-side logic with user interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and promote best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments efficiently.
