Job Description:This is a remote internship opportunity for a Backend Developer at Digital Back Office. As a Backend Developer Intern, you will work with Python and Node.js to build scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend systems for web and mobile applications.
Eligibility:- Only 2026 or 2027 pass-out students are eligible to apply.
Stipend & Work Details:- Full-time: ₹10,000/month (8+ hours/day)
- Part-time: ₹5,000/month (4+ hours/day)
- Mode: Remote
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Python and Node.js.
- Optimize code and infrastructure for scalability and high performance.
- Develop RESTful APIs and other communication protocols.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Design database schemas and optimize queries.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration.
- Implement security best practices.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Git or other version control tools.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
