Role: Golang Developer (2–4 Years Experience)
We’re looking for a passionate developer to build
high-performance, scalable backend systems that power mission-critical financial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services & RESTful APIs using Go
- Design microservices and scalable system architectures
- Optimize performance using Go concurrency (goroutines, channels)
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps & product teams
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Write unit & integration tests; participate in code reviews
- Handle CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting & production support
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of software development experience with Go (Golang)
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB/Redis)
- Understanding of Go idioms, standard libraries & OOP principles
- Familiarity with Git & CI/CD
Good-to-Have
- Experience with microservices or real-time data systems
- Knowledge of GraphQL, LiveView, or PubSub
- Exposure to performance profiling, monitoring & observability tools
