Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working with RESTful APIs, databases, and modern backend frameworks while collaborating with frontend developers to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data storage and management.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers using React.js or Vue.js for seamless API integration.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Use Git for version control and collaborate with team members in an Agile environment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB (NoSQL) databases.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience using Git or other version control tools.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with React.js or Vue.js.
- Experience with API security, authentication, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
