About The Role
The ideal candidate for this role will have a comprehensive background in backend development, AI/ML orchestration, and data management. This position requires hands-on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, enabling the development of intelligent and autonomous systems. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable AI solutions that leverage the latest advancements in language models, data pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving retrieval-augmented generation, intent detection, and autonomous AI agents, contributing to innovative product development and enterprise solutions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 11 years of professional experience in backend development, AI/ML, and data engineering. A strong proficiency in Python programming is essential, particularly in building scalable REST APIs and integrating AI services. Experience working with large language models, prompt engineering, and generative AI applications is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as OpenAI Functions or similar solutions for creating autonomous AI agents is required. Additionally, candidates should have experience working with various data storage solutions, including structured databases (SQL), graph databases (e.g., CosmosDB), and unstructured data stores (e.g., Elasticsearch). A solid understanding of AI model deployment, optimization, and performance tuning is also necessary. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is typically expected, with advanced degrees being a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration of AI/ML models and backend services.
- Manage complex data pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow and storage across various database systems including SQL, graph, and unstructured data stores.
- Implement AI/ML solutions such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intent detection models, and autonomous AI agents to deliver intelligent, production-ready solutions.
- Utilize Generative AI models for tasks such as text generation, summarization, conversational AI, and content creation, ensuring high-quality output and performance.
- Create and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to enhance response accuracy, reduce latency, and improve overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate best practices into ongoing projects.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of AI models and backend systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
