About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team at CodeTikki WorkSpace. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products. This role involves creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and facilitate seamless collaboration with project teams. The designer will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that the final output aligns with business objectives and user expectations. A strong sense of aesthetics, user-centered approach, and proficiency with design tools are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to gather and incorporate feedback to refine designs effectively.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive design solutions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and look books to visualize design concepts clearly.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback to refine outputs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design usability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- Assist in the development of style guides, design systems, and documentation to streamline future projects.
- Support the implementation of designs and troubleshoot any issues during development phases.
