About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and have extensive experience in developing scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining microservices and backend architectures that support our innovative digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver robust, reliable, and efficient backend services. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development, demonstrating a deep understanding of core Java concepts, design patterns, and data structures. Proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture is essential, along with experience in multithreading and concurrency management. Familiarity with RESTful API development and backend integration is required, as well as solid knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and reusable code. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
