Looking for a developer who wants to build something meaningful , not just write code for someone else's vision.
I'm an early-stage founder working on a B2B SaaS product in the Indian ad-tech space. The problem is real, the market is large and I'm at the stage where I need a strong technical partner to build alongside me.
The stack involves Meta & Google Ads API integrations, real-time alerting, data pipelines and a WhatsApp-first delivery layer. Backend-heavy work.
What I'm NOT looking for:
❌ Freelancers who disappear after delivery
❌ Someone who needs a detailed spec for every decision
❌ People who need certainty before they commit
What I AM looking for:
✅ Backend engineer with real integration experience
✅ Someone who thinks like a builder, not just an executor
✅ Someone who can look at a problem and figure it out
I'll be honest with everyone that this is early stage. No fat salary, no equity on day one. What I'm offering is a scoped paid project to start, a chance to build something from the ground floor and a real conversation about long-term stake once we've proven we work well together.
