Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and a keen interest in exploring AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about backend development while actively experimenting with AI technologies (not necessarily an AI Engineer).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality solutions
Explore and integrate AI/ML-based features into existing systems where relevant
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of backend services
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions
Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Node.js backend development
Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and system design
Exposure to or strong interest in AI/ML concepts and tools (exploratory mindset)
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Exposure to mobile development is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a deep ownership mindset
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively
