About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer specializing in PHP and Laravel, based in the Mohali district. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing backend solutions to support and enhance the company’s digital projects. The role involves implementing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components, and delivering scalable, secure applications that meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to identify technical requirements and develop innovative solutions that align with project goals. A strong emphasis will be placed on problem-solving abilities, code quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic team environment. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality software that enhances user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development with proficiency in PHP and Laravel frameworks
- Experience in Software Development, including server-side architecture and database management
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and practices
- Familiarity with front-end development basics and APIs for seamless integration
- Proficient in general programming concepts, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and knowledge of database technologies like MySQL is beneficial
- Must be able to work efficiently on-site in the Mohali district
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience required
- Must successfully complete an assessment as part of the hiring process
